Having Multiple Accounts for Office 365

Issue/Question

How do I login to Office 365 if I have multiple 365 accounts?

Environment

• Office 365

Additional Details

There may be a few reasons why you would have multiple accounts:

• Additional employers that have Office 365
• Personal Office 365 accounts

Resolution

• Open Google Chrome web browser
• Click the three dots (settings) in the top right-hand corner

• Click New incognito window 
  • Keyboard shortcuts:
    • Windows, Linux, or Chrome OS: Press Ctrl + Shift + n.
    • Mac: Press ⌘ + Shift + n.

• Open Office.com to log into your office 365 account

 Note: Incongnito is a privacy feature in some web browsers to disable browsing history and the web cache. Using this mode won't allow cache of your 365 creditinals for Office 365.
