I can’t view the Campus Connections newsletter properly in Outlook desktop client

My Campus Connections newsletter email looks different than on my web client or phone

• Outlook desktop client

Support Details

The Outlook desktop client displays some HTML formatting in a different way than expected.  You can use either of the work-arounds below to view the newsletter properly.

Access from a different email client

• Open the newsletter from your Outlook 365 web client or mobile phone to view the newsletter with the proper formatting.  You can access your web email here: https://outlook.office.com/mail/inbox

Access from web browser link

• Click on the link at the top of your Campus Connections newsletter email.  Click on View in Browser in order to view the email in a web browser.

• Click Ok when prompted.

• A web browser will open so you can view the Campus Connections newsletter as the the authors intended.
