How to Setup Call Forwarding on a Cisco IP Phone (Old Phones)

Issue/Question

• How do I set up call forwarding on my Cisco IP phone?

Environment

• Cisco IP Phone
• On-Campus

Resolution

1. Press the CFwdALL button on your Cisco IP Phone.
2. Enter the extension of the number you would like calls forwarded to.
3. Press the CFwdALL button again.

 Note: You cannot forward to external phone numbers or if either phone number is part of the ACD system.
