I am locked out of Ellucian Colleague
Environment
MCC owned Computer
Ellucian Colleague
Resolution
Close and re-open Colleague
Make sure that you are not logged in on another computer
Make sure that your username is correct
Username format is first 7 letters of your last name then the first letter of your first name
Do not add @macomb.edu to the username
If you are unable to login to Ellucian Colleague after following the above steps, call the Service Desk at x7156 to request a password reset.
