Locked Out of Colleague

Issue/Question

  • I am locked out of Ellucian Colleague

Environment

  • MCC owned Computer
  • Ellucian Colleague

Resolution

  • Close and re-open Colleague
  • Make sure that you are not logged in on another computer
  • Make sure that your username is correct
    • Username format is first 7 letters of your last name then the first letter of your first name
      • Do not add @macomb.edu to the username
  • If you are unable to login to Ellucian Colleague after following the above steps, call the Service Desk at x7156 to request a password reset.
