How do I map a printer for everyone on a machine?

Resolution

In the Search bar, search for Printers & Scanners.

Select Add a printer or scanner.

Once it is done scanning select, The printer that I want isn't listed.

Select the option, Add a local printer or a network printer with manual settings.
Select Next.

Select Create a new port radio button.
In the Type of Port drop-down, select Local Port.
Select Next.

Enter the \\print and the printer name. The printer name is located on the front or side of the printer. Example: \\print\ca114r1 (capitalization does not matter).

Install the Printer Driver. Find the make and model of the printer. If the specific printer isn't listed under the printers the next best options is a universal print driver. If no universal driver is available you can do windows update to see if it has the printer listed.
Once you select the driver, select Next.

Note: If you already have that driver installed will give you the option to use the currently installed or replace. Unless there is a problem with drivers using the currently installed this one should work. Select Next, if this option came up.
