Resolution

This prompt appears whenever you try to run an unapproved application.  Per the instructions on the prompt, click Continue if you meant to run this application.  If you did not mean to run the application, please select Cancel.

If you continue to be prompted you may need to run the application with Administrative Privileges.  Below are two methods to attempt.

Method 1: Run from Desktop Shortcut

  • You will need to right-click on the file itself and select Run with Administrative Privileges (Audited)

The application should open now and run as expected.

Method 2: Find File Location from Start Menu

  • Right-click on the application.
  • Select More.
  • Select Open file location.

  • Right-click on the file for the application.
  • Select Run with Administrative Privileges (Audited).

The application should open now and run as expected.

If you continue to encounter prompts blocking you from running the application please contact the Service Desk (586-445-7156) for immediate assistance.
