How Do I Check to Confirm I have the Ivanti Client Installed?

How do I check to see if the Ivanti client is installed on my Macomb issued computer?

Environment

• Macomb Issued Computer

Resolution

• On the bottom left side of the computer, search for Add or Remove Programs.
• Click on the Add or Remove Programs option.

• Scroll down in the App & features install till you find Ivanti programs.

 Note: There should be up to 5 listed. Please make sure you have at least the blue one that says Ivanti Deployment Agent. Ivanti pulls down additional software every 5 hours. After the 5 hour period and a reboot, you should see the additional 4.
