I am unable to save as when working with pdf files in Acrobat Reader.

Resolution
If you have received a blank Save As window when trying to save a PDF file, you can follow the steps below to correct the problem.
- Open Adobe Acrobat Reader DC.
- Select Edit from the top menu
- Select Preferences at the bottom of the list (or just press CTRL-K).

- Under the default Category, General, look to the right of the categories under Basic Tools.

- Uncheck Show online storage when saving files.

- Then scroll down and select OK.

- Close and reopen Adobe Acrobat Reader DC. You should now be able to save your files successfully.
