Change Ringer Sound in Webex to Play from Computer

This article will assist with changing your Webex ringer audio to play from your device instead of your headset.

I want to change my ringer audio to play from my computer rather than my headset.

Click on the speaker icon in the bottom right of the taskbar. Click the sound device bar to open which devices can be used. Choose the Realtek speaker option.	Click on the three icons in the lower right of your taskbar. Click the "select a sound output" button. Choose the Realtek speaker option.

Next, make sure your audio settings are correctly chosen with Web. This can be done within the single-call window or the multi-call window.

Click on your initials in the top left of the window. In the profile drop-down box, click the Settings button. Click the audio tab and change settings that match what you are using.	Click the gear icon in the top right of the window. Click the audio tab and change the audio settings to match what you are using.
