Issue/Question
I want to change my ringer audio to play from my computer rather than my headset.

- Click on the speaker icon in the bottom right of the taskbar.

- Click the sound device bar to open which devices can be used.

- Choose the Realtek speaker option.

- Click on the three icons in the lower right of your taskbar.

- Click the "select a sound output" button.

- Choose the Realtek speaker option.

Next, make sure your audio settings are correctly chosen with Web. This can be done within the single-call window or the multi-call window.

- Click on your initials in the top left of the window.

- In the profile drop-down box, click the Settings button.

- Click the audio tab and change settings that match what you are using.
