• How do I install the Vendor GlobalProtect/VPN?

Environment

• Vendor GlobalProtect/VPN

Resolution

• Open a web browser and navigate to https://vendor-gp.macomb.edu/
• Enter your Macomb Email address.
• Click Next.

• Enter your password.
• Select Sign in.

• When prompted, enter your MFA challenge and click Verify.
  •  Note: Depending on how you enrolled into MFA will depend on what MFA challenge you receive. Two examples are seen below

• Once successfully logged in, you will be presented with the options to download the GlobalProtect client. Select the version you require and the download will start.

• Once downloaded, open the file downloaded and follow the prompts to install.

• To verify the install was complete, you will have a new task icon in the lower right corner (white globe) along with new Start menu icons.
