  • How do I connect to the Vendor GlobalProtect/VPN?

Environment

  • Vendor GlobalProtect/VPN

Resolution

  •  Note: You must already have installed the GlobalProtect client to proceed. If you need to install the client visit the following KB article: Article - Install Vendor GlobalProtect/VPN
  • Open the GlobalProtect application. Once open, use vendor-gp.macomb.edu as the portal address. Click Connect.

  • A new window will appear. Enter your Macomb Email address and click Next.

  • Enter your password.
  • Select Sign in.

  • When prompted, enter your MFA challenge and click Verify.
    •   Note: Depending on how you enrolled into MFA will depend on what MFA challenge you receive. Two examples are seen below

  • Once logged in the window will close and the GlobalProtect client will connect to the portal. Once successful GlobalProtect will show as Connected.
