How Do I Change a Colleague Requisition Approval Password

How to reset a Colleague requisition approval password?

Environment

• Colleague

Resolution

• Open Colleague and login.
• In the form box type in APPW.
• Enter the Colleague username.
• Select Ok.

• Enter the new password (must be 5 digits).
• Select Ok.

• Re-enter the password again to confirm. 
• Select Ok.

• Click Save.

• Click Update.

• Click Cancel to get out of this screen.

• Your password has now been changed for the requisition approval process. This does not change your login password.
