Issue/Question
I am receiving an error when opening a PDF with Adobe Acrobat

Environment
Resolution
Adobe Acrobat needs to be adjusted to allow the network shares. This can be done with the following steps:
- Open Adobe Acrobat and in the upper left select Menu > Preferences

- On the left column under Categories, Select Trust Center. Then on the right column Click Change Settings

- Under Web Sites, Verify mcc.local is listed with Access as Always Allowed. If mcc.local shows as Always Block, do the following:
- Select mcc.local, and click Delete

- Click OK to close the window. Click OK again to close the Preferences window.
- Open a PDF document that is located on the Network share. You should receive a warning with the option to Allow or Block mcc.local. Select the check box "Remember this action for this site for all PDF documents" and Click Allow

- You should now be able to open PDF documents from the Network shares. You can confirm the settings are correct by opening up the Trust Manger settings to confirm mcc.local is listed as Always Allow

If you are still experiencing issues or are unable to change the settings, Contact the Service Desk for further assistance.
