Resolution
- Locate and obtain the network name of the print device (This can be found on a printed label on the print device itself).
- The print device's sticker with its network name can either be located on the top or side of the print device.

- Click the start menu search bar in the lower left of the screen.
- Type in File Explorer and either press the Enter key on the keyboard, or left-click on the first result underneath the Best Match heading.

- In the search bar at the top of the File Explorer window, left-click on it and enter \\c-app-0050 and press the Enter key on the keyboard.
- From the list of print devices, locate the print device you are wishing to map to, right-click it, and then click Connect button.
- Note: To find the print device you are looking to map to quicker, use the search bar in the top right of the c-app-0050 window that shows 'Search c-app-0050' and enter the network name of the print device.

- Verify the print device was mapped to the computer by clicking the start menu search bar in the lower left of the screen.
- Type Printers and Scanners then press the Enter key on the keyboard.

- In the Printers and Scanners list locate the print device that was mapped to confirm the operation was successful.
