Issue/Question
- When trying to log in to the domain, my computer says there is a trust issue between my computer and the domain
- I get the error "The trust relationship between this workstation and the primary domain failed"
- When I try to log in to my computer, I get "The security database on the server does not have a computer account for this workstation trust relationship"
Environment
- MCC owned Computer
- Windows
Resolution
- Send an email to servicedesk@macomb.edu and include the following information
- Location of your computer, including campus, building, and room number
- Your computer's system number (Also known as S#)
- The error message you received
- Two dates and times you will be available for a technician to work on your machine.
Bypass: Unplug the network cable, log in to the machine, and plug the network cable back in. Don't know if this is a permanent fix. May still need to put a ticket in to fix the issue completely.
