How to Clear Cache and Cookies in Mozilla Firefox

Issue/Question

• I want to clear the cache and cookies from Mozilla Firefox

Environment

• Windows
• Mozilla Firefox

Resolution

• Click the Settings Menu (three stacked horizontal lines).
• Click History
• 

• Select Clear recent history...

• Click on the drop-down box to the right of Time range to clear: and select Everything. If you would like to save your logins and form & search history uncheck those boxes. 
• Click on Clear Now.

• Restart the browser after the process is complete.
