Images and Text Are Too Big or Too Small 

Environment

• Windows

Resolution

• Minimize any windows that are open.
• Press and hold the Control (Ctrl) key on the keyboard
• Use the mouse wheel to scroll up or down to decrease or increase the size of the icons on the desktop.
• When the icons are the correct size, release both the mouse wheel and the Ctrl key on the keyboard.
