Open Another Calendar in Outlook

How do I open another calendar?

Environment

• Outlook

Resolution

• Open Outlook
• Open the Calendar left side of Outlook.

• From the menu, select Add Calendar.

• Select the source you would like to find the calendar from
  • From address book: Anyone in the Macomb Address book
  • From Room List: Any conference room in the Macomb Address book
  • From Internet: Calendar from the internet. Web address needed for this feature
  • Create a new blank calendar: Creates a new calendar in your mailbox
  • Open Shared Calendar: Open a calendar that was shared to you even if you didn't receive an email. 

 Note: What you will see displayed in the calendar will depend on your permissions for the calendar.
