How do I view the tickets that I have put in?

  • Select Services from the menu

  • Select Ticket Requests from the menu

To view all tickets including closed and canceled tickets:

  • Click Select all.
  • Press Enter or click Search.

All of your submitted tickets will now appear. If you want to narrow your results you can go back to status class and only select the statuses you want.
