What is the process when my computer is ready for an upgrade?

Resolution
A technician will reach out to you individually or on a department-wide basis. If you are being upgraded as a department a technician will schedule a walkthrough to discuss timing and the computers being upgraded.
Once you have been contacted, the technicians will communicate with you to find out your availability for the upgrade. You will need to back up all your data including any favorites from your browsers. We suggest you backup your documents and favorites to OneDrive or your department network drive. Below is some documentation on how to back up your files and favorites.
