Issue/Question
I'm receiving an error saying I do not have the memory to open a Word, Excel, or PowerPoint document. See below for the error.
Environment
- Microsoft Office Products
Resolution
- Open Excel, Word or PowerPoint.
- Click the file tab on the menu.

- Select Options from the bottom left side.

- Select Trust Center in the Excel Options.

- Select Trust Center Settings.

- Select Trusted Locations.
- Select Add new location.


- Select Downloads on the left side.
- Click OK.

- Click Subfolders of this location are also trusted to put a check in the box.
- Select OK.

- Click OK on the Trust Center menu.

- Click OK on Excel Options menu.
