Saving a PDF from Adobe Reader or Adobe Acrobat But Getting Blank Page

Issue/Question

While trying to save a PDF from Adobe Reader or Adobe Acrobat you get a blank page. 

Environment

• Adobe Reader
• Adobe Acrobat

Resolution

• Select the Edit menu option.
• Select Preferences. 

• Select General option.
• Under Basic Tools, uncheck Show online storage when saving files option. 

• Click Ok to exit out of the menu.
