When trying to open a Word document from Colleague the following error occurs: 20219_34570479_261_CONTROL.

Resolution
To resolve this issue the user will need to be added to a group by IT. Please send an email to the Service Desk (servicedesk@macomb.edu) with your name, your system number, and the error you are receiving.
