Using Papercut Web Print

Can I upload a document and print from the web?

Environment

  • PaperCut

Additional Details

This option is only available to Staff at the college. If off-site, you will need to use VPN to connect. 

Resolution

  • Navigate to papercut.macomb.edu
  • Login with your MyMacomb/Network login.
  • Click Login.

  • Select WebPrint from the left menu. This page will also show stats about your printing history.

  • Select Submit a job.

  • Select s-app-0001\Employee-Papercut (virtual) for the printer.
  • Select Print Options and Account Selection.

  • Enter the number of copies you want. 
  • Select Upload Documents.

  • You can drag the documents or select Upload from computer.

 Note: Under this box, it says the file types it accepts. 

  • Select Upload & Complete.

  • You will then be taken to the print job and status page. 

  • Then you can go to any PaperCut printer to print the job out.

 Note: Print jobs are cleared out every 4 hours.
