How do I make or answer a call in Webex?

Make a Call in Webex

  • Open Webex.

There are two ways to find the keypad to make a call:

In Webex main app In Webex extension display
  • Select Keypad on the left side.
  • Enter the number you wish to call. Select Audio or Video.

Select the keypad icon.

  • Enter the number you wish to call. Select Audio or Video.

Answer a Call in Webex

  • Select the green pick-up button to answer.
  • Select the red hang-up button to decline the call.

  • When connected you will have a window with call features and information about the call (name, if available, and phone number of call)
  • To disconnect select the red X in the bottom menu.
