Transfer a Phone Call in Webex

How do I transfer a call in Webex?

Environment

  • Webex

Resolution

This process can only be done while on an active call. 

In the active call, there are two ways you can transfer a call.

Single-Call Window Multi-Call Window
  • In the single-call window, select the ellipsis (3 horizontal dots).

  • Select Transfer.

 

  • Select the arrow below the call on the Multi-call window.

The instructions below are for both the single and multi-call screens.

  • Enter the extension or phone number.
  • Select the audio button at the bottom of the screen.

  • Select Transfer now in the multi-call window.

 Note: If you need to resume the call for any reason you will go to the single-call window. 

  • Select Resume.
