How do I transfer a call in Webex?
Environment
Resolution
This process can only be done while on an active call. 
In the active call, there are two ways you can transfer a call.
	
		
			| Single-Call Window | 
			Multi-Call Window | 
		
	
	
		
			
			
				- In the single-call window, select the ellipsis (3 horizontal dots).
 
			 
			  
			
			  
			  
			 | 
			
			
				- Select the arrow below the call on the Multi-call window.
 
			 
			  
			 | 
		
	
The instructions below are for both the single and multi-call screens.
	- Enter the extension or phone number.
 
	- Select the audio button at the bottom of the screen.
 

	- Select Transfer now in the multi-call window.
 

 
 Note: If you need to resume the call for any reason you will go to the single-call window.
