How to Get to Webex Audio Settings

Need to change/make sure audio settings are correctly set.

Environment

On-campus & Remote

Resolution

This process can be done in the single-call window within Webex or the multi-call window within Webex. 

Single-call window:

  • Click on your initials in the top left of the window.

  • In the profile drop-down box, click the Settings button.

  • Click the audio tab and change settings that match what you are using.

Multi-call window: 

  • Click the gear icon in the top right of the window.

  • Click the audio tab and change the audio settings to match what you are using.
