• Note: Cisco Finesse is optimized for use in Google Chrome. If you are experiencing issues with Cisco Finesse and are not using Google Chrome, please switch to Google Chrome to see if this resolves the issue.

Resolution

• Open Google Chrome and click on the three vertical dots (ellipsis) in the top right corner of the browser window.

• From the dropdown menu, select Settings.

• In the Settings menu, select Performance from the left-hand sidebar.

• In the Performance setting, activate the option for Memory Saver and ensure the Balanced option is selected.

• In the General option, select the Add button within the Always keep these sites active setting, followed by opting for the Add sites manually feature.

• Paste the link for Cisco Finesse (https://uccx01.macomb.edu:8445/desktop/container/?locale=en_US) into the designated box, then proceed by clicking the Add button.

• Upon finishing the preceding steps, your setup should resemble the following.
