Camera Not Connected Error on G10 HP Laptop

I'm getting an error message that my camera is not connected on my G10 Laptop.

Environment

  • HP Laptop - G10 Model

Resolution

  • When the camera lid is closed on the G10 models, it appears that the camera is not connected. The resolution is to open the camera lid.
