How do I connect to the Vendor GlobalProtect/VPN?

Resolution
Note:
You must already have installed the GlobalProtect client to
proceed
. If you need to install the client visit the following KB article:
Article - Install Vendor GlobalProtect/VPN
Open the GlobalProtect application. Once open, use vendor-gp.macomb.edu as the portal address. Click
Connect.
A new window will appear. Enter your Macomb Email address and click
Next.
Enter your
password.
Select
Sign in.
When prompted, enter your
MFA challenge
and click
Verify
.
Note:
Depending on how you enrolled into MFA will depend on what MFA challenge you receive. Two examples are seen below
Once logged in the window will close and the GlobalProtect client will connect to the portal. Once successful GlobalProtect will show as Connected.
