How do I view, update and/or manage a project task in TeamDynamix Client Portal

  • TeamDynamix

Resolution

Accessing the Project

 

  • Select Projects from the menu bar.

  • Click on the name of the project you wish to view.

  • Click on Plans from the options menu.

  • A list of Tasks assigned to you and their plan(s) will be displayed.
  • Click on the task to view its details and add comments.
  • To view all the tasks in a plan, click on the plan.

Updating the Project Tasks

  • From the list of tasks, select Task.
  • Once in the task, select Comment to add comment details.

  • Enter your comments and select anyone to notify in the notify box.
  • Click Save.
