Adobe Acrobat Pro is commonly used to accomplish the following:
Edit Text and images in PDF
Adobe Acrobat Pro can be used to edit PDFs, Adobe Acrobat Reader cannot edit PDFs.
- You can modify the layout of a page, add new text or edit existing text, add or remove images from a page, add headers and footers and add links. To see these tools in the menu navigate to the Edit section in the top left of program.

Convert PDFs and export to Word Excel and PowerPoint
Adobe Acrobat Pro can be used to convert a PDF into a variety of file types.
- To do so first open the PDF you want to convert into Acrobat Pro. Under “All tools” select the option “Export a PDF”. This will move to the Convert menu and give you a list of options to choose from. When you have the options, you want selected, press the convert button. This will save the PDF as the file type to your device.
