Resolution
There are three Microsoft Visio plans that can be used for college business or academic purposes, these include:
- Visio in Microsoft 365 - Accessible for both students and staff; Limited feature set.
- Visio Plan 1 - Requires approval and purchase by IT; Web-based only and can be purchased for faculty and students.
- Visio Plan 2 - Requires approval and purchase by IT; Web-based; desktop app is for Windows machines only. This plan is for staff use.
