How to delete voicemails when user receives quota full message

Issue/Question

I am receiving a quota full error on my voicemail

Environment

MCC voicemail

Resolution

1. Call into voicemail and enter pin as normal.

2. Delete any new messages

3. Select option 3 to review old messages

4. Select option 2 to review deleted messages

    a. Option 1 will let you listen to old messages

         I. Option 2 will let you restore the message as saved

    b. Option 2 will let you delete messages

         I. Select Option 1 to go into the Delete Messages menu

            1. Option 1 will delete only voicemail messages

            2. Option 2 will delete all messages, including any undeliverable messages.

               (Saved excluded)
