How do I access my student email account?

 Note: If you receive a message stating that your mailbox cannot be found please go to this request form: Unable to Access Email or 365 Apps

Resolution

Method 1: MyMacomb

• Navigate to MyMacomb and login to your account.
• If you are logging into your Macomb account via a desktop use either of the two methods:
  • Click the Email icon in the blue module ribbon.
  • Hover your cursor over the red ribbon located on the left side of the screen and choose the Email icon.
• If you are logging into you Macomb account via a mobile device use either of the two methods:
  • Scroll down the home page until you find the blue module ribbon and tap the Email icon
  • Tap the red box in the lower left of your screen that shows Apps and click the Email icon.

Desktop	Mobile

Method 2: Outlook Web

• Navigate to Outlook.Office365.com
• Enter your Macomb email address which will take you to Macomb's sign-in page. 

• Enter your password.

Method 3: Office.com

• Navigate to Office.com
• Enter your email address which will take you to Macomb's sign-in page. 

• Enter your password.

• Select Outlook from the panel on the left that displays all the apps.
