How do I repair Microsoft Office?

Environment

  • MCC owned computer
  • Windows
  • Office 365

Resolution

  • Click on the search bar located at the bottom left corner of your screen.
  • Type Control Panel and then select the Control Panel option that appears at the top of the list.

  • In the Control Panel window, under the Programs section, click on the Uninstall a Program option.

  • In the list of programs, scroll through until you find either Microsoft 365 Apps for enterprise - en-us or Office 365.
  • Once you have found the application, right-click on it and select the Change option.

 Note: This process can take up to 30 minutes, during which time you will be unable to use your Office programs.

  • In the repair window that appears, select the Online Repair option, then click the Repair button to begin the process.
