How to Recover Deleted Items in Outlook

I want to recover a deleted email in Outlook.

Environment

  • Outlook

Resolution

Recover Email from Deleted Items Folder:

  • Open the Deleted Items folder for the mailbox that the email was deleted from.

  • Right-click on the email that you want to restore.
  • Select Move.
  • Select Other Folder in the drop-down menus.

  • Select the folder that you want to restore the deleted email to.
  • Click OK.

The deleted email has been restored to the specified folder.
