MyMacomb Staff Access

MyMacomb is a staff and student portal that is your gateway to Macomb information.  Login to the portal using the same login and password as above at

Key Areas:

  • Self-Service Menu
    • Employees Self Service has access to copies of your paychecks, W-2s, Leave Time Balances (sick/vacation), and benefit resources located under your Employee Profile.
    • Faculty Self Service has access to your class rosters, grading, and adjunct availability web pages.
  • Campus Applications: This key area is where we store the links to our main systems at Macomb.  Many are single sign-on, so you don’t have to re-enter your login and password.  You may not have access to all of these systems.
  • MCC Staff Bookmarks:
    • Faculty and Staff Resources – Center for teaching and learning for faculty and adjuncts.
    • Frequently Used Links – Faculty and Staff Directory link, use this to search for other employee names, phone numbers, emails, and locations.
    • Room Search – Find an available classroom.
    • In the top left corner of the screen (My Macomb Menu) select the menu pull-down and then select staff.
      • You will notice the pull-down is by organization and matches our organization chart.
        • Office of the President - find policies and procedures.
        • Shared – find institutional calendars and any forms you need.
        • Familiarize yourself with the different departments and their information.
