PLEASE NOTE:

  1. Calls received by the CIT Service Desk for Print Shop Pro issues will be evaluated to determine if the issue is a CIT Technical issue or Application related.
    • CIT Techincal issues will be referred internally for resolution.
    • Issues pertaining to the Print Shop Pro Application Software will be refered to the MCC Lead Department (i.e. Copy Centers, Print Shop, Graphics Department, Central Services or Mail Room) for them to coordinate resolution with edu Business Solutions, as required. 
  2. If there are any internal PSP application errors, the respective Print Sop Pro Department Lead will need to open a Service Ticket directly with edu Business Solutions.
  3. CIT will not be responsible for monitoring the PSP Application Manager Error Log, or resolving errors generated within the application.  
  4. If edu Business Solutions requires assistance from CIT to resolve an issue they may contact the CIT Service Desk for Assistance.
