Open Another Mailbox in Outlook 365

How do I open another mailbox in Outlook 365?

Environment

• Outlook 365

Resolution

• Navigate to Outlook 365
• Login to your Account.
• In the top right-hand corner, left-click on your initials (or picture).
• Select Open another mailbox

 Note: If you do not have the option to Open another mailbox use this URL in your address bar in the browser window: https://outlook.office365.com/mail/username@domain.com. You will replace the email address with the part that says username@domain.com

• Enter the full email address of the mailbox you would like to open.

• Once you start to fill out the email address it may auto-fill for you. 

• If you have permission to the mailbox you will be brought to the inbox. If you do not have permissions to the mailbox you will get an error message.

 Note: If the mailbox doesn't auto-populate select Search Directory
