Remove Outlook Profile

How do I remove my Outlook profile?

Environment

  • Windows 10
  • Outlook

Resolution

  • Click on the Windows button in the bottom left corner of the screen to bring up the start menu.

 
  • Type Control Panel in the search box and hit enter.

  • Select Mail (32-bit)

  • Click directly on the User Accounts link
  • Click on Mail (32-bit)
  • Under Profiles.
  • Click Show Profiles.

  • Select the profile name.
  • Select Remove.

  • Review the warning.
  • Select Yes to continue.
