How to add a Teams Meeting to an existing meeting in a conference room

Issue/Question

How do I add a Teams Meeting to an existing meeting booked in a conference room

Environment

  • Outlook 365
  • Conference Rooms equipped with Logitech Teleconference

Resolution

  • Open the existing meeting from within the Outlook calendar.

  • Click on Join Teams Meeting.

  • Click Send Update.

 

Now anyone included in the meeting invite can remotely join the meeting to those in the conference room.
