Add Someone to a Teams Meeting from the Conference Room

Issue/Question

Can I add someone to a meeting from the conference room? 

Environment

  • Teams

Resolution

  • On the screen in the conference room, press Add Participants

  • Type in the invitee's name
  • Press Invite

  • The invitee will receive a notification where they have teams installed

 Note: If the person has the app on their phone may receive a phone call from the room.
