Error While Trying to Access a Service in TeamDynamix

Issue/Question

When I try to access a service from a link I get the message:

You do not have permission to access this application

Environment

• TeamDynamix

Additional Details

This problem seems to occur if this is the first time you have used a TeamDynamix service. In the future, you may get asked to log in but you will be able to access the service after you log in. 

Resolution

• Navigate to https://service.macomb.edu/TDClient/Home/.
• Click Sign In from the top right corner. 

• Sign in using your network credentials.

• You then can click on the link provided to you or navigate to the service.
