Call back person in the college when you don't know their phone number prefix.

How do I call someone back from an external number if I don't have their prefix and only their extension?

 Note: This can only be done if the extension has voicemail set up on the extension.

Resolution

• Dial 586-286-2200 or 586-445-7300.
• When the message starts playing you can enter the extension you have. 
  • To use the touchpad to enter the extension you can press 1 or just enter the extension. 
  • To speak the name you can press 2
