- How do I set up call forwarding on my Cisco IP phone?

Note: To remove Call Forwarding select the Forward off.
Resolution
- Press the Forward All button on your Cisco IP Phone.

- Enter the extension of the number you would like calls forwarded to.
Note: You can only forward to internal extensions.

- Once successful, it will show a message confirming its forwarded. You will also icon it in the top left corner to signify that call forward all is on.
