How to Setup Call Forwarding on my Cisco IP Phone (New Phones)

Issue/Question

  • How do I set up call forwarding on my Cisco IP phone?

Environment

  • Cisco IP Phone
  • On Campus

Additional Details

 Note: To remove Call Forwarding select the Forward off. 

Resolution

  • Press the Forward All button on your Cisco IP Phone.

  • Enter the extension of the number you would like calls forwarded to.

 Note: You can only forward to internal extensions.

  • Once successful,  it will show a message confirming its forwarded. You will also icon it in the top left corner to signify that call forward all is on. 

 Note: To remove Call Forwarding select the Forward off.
