How to use Adobe Reader to Add Comments to a PDF


How do I add comments to a PDF?


  • Adobe Reader


  • Open the PDF in adobe reader.
  • Click Tools from the top menu.

  • Select Comments.

  • It will open a menu bar and you can select which type of annotation tool you would like. 

  • To use one of the comments or other editing options, select the annotation tool and click in the document where you want to add text. 
  • On the right-hand side, it will have a list of all comments in the document. You can also add replies to the comments. 
  • You can also delete the comments by selecting the 3 dots in the right-hand corner of the comment. 

  • Once complete, click Save in the menu bar.
