How do I add an icon or custom icon for teams?

Please see our other knowledge base article on how to resize an image using Microsoft Paint. 

Resolution

• Open Teams area.

• Select the ellipsis next to the team name.

• Select Edit team.

• Click a generic icon or click Upload for a custom icon.

• If you select upload (click the picture icon in the upload box), you will need to select a picture from your computer. 

 Note: The image you upload will need to be 100 x 100 pixels. View our knowledge base article on how to resize an image in Microsoft Paint. 

• Click update once you have uploaded the picture.
