Make a Call in Webex
There are two ways to find the keypad to make a call:

In Webex extension display |
- Select Keypad on the left side.
- Enter the number you wish to call. Select Audio or Video.

Select the keypad icon.
- Enter the number you wish to call. Select Audio or Video.

Answer a Call in Webex
- Select the green pick-up button to answer.
- Select the red hang-up button to decline the call.
- When connected you will have a window with call features and information about the call (name, if available, and phone number of call)
- To disconnect select the red X in the bottom menu.
